Barbara Hepworth Family of Man, Snape Maltings.

Through this travel-based seminar, students will gain cultural knowledge of the UK which will lead to an understanding and appreciation of key aspects of contemporary British culture and society. Cultural awareness is gained from personal experience. In the seminar students are encouraged to compare their own cultural context with that of the UK so as to reflect how historical, political, and sociological narratives function to construct cultural identities and manners.
