JCME Modern Challenges: Religion, State and Citizenship

'Religion, State and Citizenship' is the third module of the online course, Jews, Christians and Muslims in Europe: Modern Challenges. This follows modules on History and Culture.

The Religion, State and Citizenship module looks at the developing relationship between religion (either the Church or religions more broadly) and state in different parts of Europe, Muslim immigration in contemporary Europe, and spirituality and social action beyond religion.

This course focuses on the relationships between Jews, Christians and Muslims in modern Europe and in European history.
